Letter to sister

It is not giving away, it is not flying from, it is about making choices. When British crossed the Atlantic and invaded us to change their wretched lot; I think that was not flying away.

Indians have become global. They are in the cabinet of all influential states. I cannot change everything in my limited life. I do not like indiscipline, I do not like corruption. If I do not like the philosophy of my forefather's, do I have the opportunity to change them???

What I can do, I can change myself and make some influences and positive messages for my near and dear ones to work for a noble cause through his/her life.

Bangladesh cannot run without the money coming as remittance. You know - how people are working hard in abroad to change their ill-lot. Why they are doing that in abroad but not doing it in his/her own country. Because we do not have respect for work. We have respect for positions.

Have u disconnected all kind of relationship with people who takes bribe or used to take bribe? I did. I try to avoid them and do not visit them; whether it is my father- mother- sister- brother.

What I did, I made choices for betterment of myself and my son. I live here in Bangladesh almost half/golden part of life. I am 35. Best productive part of my life was utilized for this country. With my limited ability I worked for HR, Training, Cultural Development, Community Development (one of my project is going on in my village, Hashimpur) and lots other things. I need a break also. I want to think, write and re-define myself for the rest of my life.

I know - a good number of people, you, my friend Dr. Rounak Jahan Koli and others who work for the countrymen. I believe - what a doctor can do, no other can match with that. You can give lives; the second God.
